Description of mini wood pellet mill:
1.Mini wood pellet mill is mainly used for wood, straw, cotton stalk, rice husk, peanut shell, bamboo, empty fruit bunch, pulverized coal or waste paper, ect.
2.There are two kinds of mini wood pellet mill: ring die wood pellet mill & flat die wood pellet mill.

Specifications of mini pellet mill:
1.The mini wood pellet mill is good for making sawdust pellets, feed stuff pellets, especially for making hard, slick rice hull pellets.
2.This mini wood pellet mill is one kind of big cricle mould pellet machine, its capacity can up to 3-5T/H for sawdust pellet. It adopts high accurate gear drive, which ensure high efficient, and stead, driving with low noise.
3.Mini wood pellet mill also assembled one feeder for forcing feeding into more raw materials to improve the capacity and its efficiency, and it is assembled one conditioner for mixing to make the raw materials be better water moisture and pellet better quality.
Working principle of mini wood pellet mill:
1.Mini wood pellet mill is one of the biomass molding equipment.
2.Mini wood pellet mill can make powdered biomass materials into pellets.
3.The starting materials for the production of wood pellets are pressed by the pressing roller in the matrix.
4.Due to the pressure and friction in the matrix, the starting materials are heated to a high temperature (nearly 60~80 °C). As a result of pressure and temprerature increasing, the materials were compressed into pellets. The output wood pellets will have very high strength after cooling.

Packaging & Shipping of mini wood pellet mill:
1.Wooden or metal case according to specific size of each equipment, we twine thick plastic coating for each machine.
2.Tight the wood pellet mill in the truck without space to ensure no rubbing during the transportation.
