Introduction of the pellet mill:
Pellet mill,also known as a pellet press,is a type of mill or machine press used to create pellets from powdered material.Pellet mills are unlike grinding mills,in that they combine small materials into a larger,homogeneous mass,rather than break large materials into smaller pieces.

Attention :Our pellet mill can produce wood pellet and feed pellet,but when you use it as wood pellet mill ,you should use the wood millstone,if you use it as feed pellet mill ,you can change the feed millstone .In this way,you can save energy and price .

 Raw material for flat feed and wood pellet mill
 

Working principle of flat pellet mill:
The raw material is under dried condition, which is compressed under about 80°C, and formed into small eraser-sized bits , the final pellet is clean ,pleasant and smooth ,and its density is more than 1.0 g/m3. 

About the pellets produced by our flat pellet mill:
(1)The finished pellets diameter can be  4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm according to clients’ needs.
(2)high density:1100-1400kg/m3
(3)less ash content:The line include a dedust equipment.
(4)moisture:less 10%
(5)high fuel value:3800-4800 Kcal for woods type. 

Main parts of flat feed pellet mill
 

The main process of flat pellet mill include the following steps:
 (1) Wood crusher (crush the big wood into small pieces like sawdust)
 (2) Dryer (dry the raw material to proper moisture before making pellets)
 (3) Pellet mill(press raw material into pellets)
 (4)Cooler (cool down pellets and remove some moisture)
 (5) Screener (remove dust, and broken pellets)
 (6)Packing machine (pack pellets into bags of required weight)
