 Straw pellet machine introduction:
1  The straw pellet machine adopted the bevel gear transmission, compact structure, high transmission efficiency low electricity consumption;   
2  The right end of the overload protection device structure;
3  To ensure that the small straw material fast into pellet room, specially designed with a forced feed mechanism;
4  The auger of forced feed structure adopted special uniform materials to feed uniformity;
5  To those fluffy, bulk density light straw adopted twisted dragon blade, screw combination structure ensure the straw conveying uniformly;

1 Frequency conversion speed-adjusting motor regulating feeding rate, feed screw with variable pitch helical structure, balance feeding and precise control;
2 Conditioner cylinder with large opening structure which is easy to check and maintenance;
3 The conditioner simplified with mist nozzle, it can add proper water as required to make the raw materials achieve the best effect;
4 It can install overboard discharging handle or pneumatic discharging on the chute, which is easy to operate to realize automatic control;
5 Fitting with ring lifting device which is easy to disassembly ring and reduce labor intensity;
6 Large straw pellet machine adopts magnetic filtering, cooling and fuel cut alarm in a whole of the machine oil cooling lubrication system, force to lubricate main bearing, hollow shaft rear bearing and gear shaft rear bearing;
7 According to the ring die speed of material, improve pellet effect.

This straw pellet machine has high production,and raw material can be easily collected. Any kind of straw is OK, like wheat straw and maize straw. Take notice of the moisture and size of straw. The fittest moisture would be 15%, while the size shouldn’t be large than the holes on the die.
