Introduction of wood pellet making machine
DY series is a kind of wood pellet making machine. DY series wood pellet making machine can process various of raw materials such as corn straws, wheat straws, rice straws, peanut shells, corn cob, cotton stalks, soybean straws, weeds, napier grass, sawdust and grain husks. After they are crushed, compressed and shaped, we get final finished pellets. As a replacement of firewood, raw coal, fuel oil and liquefied gass, it is widely used for heating, life stoves, water boiler, industrial boiler and biomass power plants.

(1) The finished wood pellets diameter can be  4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm according to clients’ needs.

(3) Less ash content:The line include a dedust equipment.
(4) Moisture:less 10%
(5) High fuel value:3800-4800 Kcal for woods type.

The main parts of wood pellet making machine include the following

(1) Wood crusher (crush the big wood into small pieces like sawdust)
(2) Wood sawdust machine (dry the raw material to proper moisture before making pellets)
(3) Wood pellet mill(press raw material into pellets)
(4) Cooler (cool down pellets and remove some moisture)
(5) Screener (remove dust, and broken pellets)
(6) Packing machine (pack pellets into bags of required weight)
