Working principle of ring die wood pelleting machine :
Wood pelleting machine is mainly composed of feeding, granulating, transmission and lubrication system.Its working process is the requirement that water content is not more than 17% of the powder materials, from the hopper into the feeding ground dragon, by adjusting the speed control motor speed, get the right material flow, and then by forced feeding mechanism, granulating into the crushing chamber.
Conditions of ring die wood pelleting machine :
* Granulating machine should be installed in indoor or open shed, environment temperature for 5 to 40 °C.
