How to use and maintain flat die pellet mill properly

1. Add oil to the transmission parts at regular time to ensure pellet mill runs flexibly and reduce workload.
2. Every week, check all connected parts to avoid that they are loosened
3. Use high quality die and rollers.
4. In the manufacturing process, prohibit overload production.
5. Iron and sundries have been removed from raw material to avoid foreign matter entering the working chamber to cause pellet mill body vibration and the die cracking.
6. Please carefully read the operation instructions before starting the wood pellet mill, and follow the professional technicians reasonable guidance. Once the malfunction happens, you should immediately shut down for inspection and maintenance.
